The “Junior Pioneers” Program

Target: Grade R to Grade 7 (Ages 6–13)

At SoU Zim, we believe you are never too young to lead. Our Primary School programs are designed to be high-energy, safe, and deeply encouraging. We use age-appropriate “play-with-purpose” to help children discover their strengths outside of a traditional classroom setting.

🌟 Key Focus Areas for Young Leaders:

• Active Listening: Learning to follow instructions and value their peers’ ideas.

• Emotional Intelligence: Managing big feelings during competition and practicing “Good Sportsmanship.”

• Creative Problem Solving: Using imagination to navigate “make-believe” survival scenarios.

• Social Bonding: Breaking down playground cliques to create a unified grade identity.
